    Ena Chang has over 20 years experience in property casualty insurance. She joined Mackoul & Associates in 1987 as the agency administrator. She concentrated on business development in the personal insurance arena, and has over 1500 personal insurance clients that depend on her expertise and guidance. In 2010, Ena opened The Mackoul Group of Florida, LLC branch in Weston, Florida. As the Director of Operations of the Florida office, her responsibilities include the management and coordination of all employees, liaison with insurance carriers, and the overall communication with management in the home office in New York.Ms. Chang lives in Weston, Florida and is married with three children. She is an active member of the Weston community and her parish, St. Paul Lutheran Church.

    Joann joined Mackoul Group of Florida in 2010 as a CSR working directly alongside Ena Chang. She is bilingual and brings over 10 years of Personal Lines experience to Mackoul Group of Florida. In addition to assisting Ena with the Florida Personal Lines, Joann worked with New York’s Corporate office providing Customer Service support for New York Personal Lines business. Joann moved from New Jersey to Weston, Florida in 1995 with her three sons and her husband. She is a member of the Advisory Board for The Lighthouse Church in Weston and participates in various community events.
  • Richard “Rick” Wieder has over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry. He specializes in working with clients to help preserve their wealth with accumulation and distribution strategies, family maintenance planning and non-taxable income strategies pre and post retirement. Rick has held various positions with various insurance companies ranging from Regional Sales Manager, Florida Variable Product Specialist, Regional Vice-President and National Sales Manager. Rick was born in Miami Beach and lives in Fort Lauderdale and has four children. He is presently the Broward President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and spends his spare time lake fishing.
